ADDISON ROOM
Seated: 100 | Standing: 180 - 200The Addison Room is our largest space - seating 100 or holding 180–200 for cocktails - on level one of Hotel Terminus. Named for the building's original architect, it pairs rich timber panelling, a marble-fronted bar of its own, built for long lunches, dinners and parties that run late.

HAYES ROOM
Seated: 50 | Standing: 80Sitting alongside the Addison Room on level one, the Hayes Room is named for the original owner of Hotel Terminus and seats 50, or holds 80 for cocktails. Juliette balconies open onto the building's impressive atrium, giving the room its own quiet piece of theatre. Built for seated dinners, milestone celebrations and cocktail nights with presence.

CARRICK ROOM
Seated: 14Tucked away on level one, the Carrick Room seats up to 14 around a single long table - an intimate private dining room named for S.S. Carrick, the builder who first raised Hotel Terminus in 1927. Tropical murals, soft drapery and a warm chandelier set the scene for long lunches and dinners that linger.

Seated: 14Tucked just around the corner from the Vixen Room on level two, the Crane Room is an intimate private dining space for up to 14. Deep red panelling, a marble table and wall dressed in cranes mid-flight - a quiet promise of the night to come. Built for long dinners that drift into late nights next door.
